LEV testing
In accordance with COSHH regulations, all LEV systems are required to undergo a thorough examination and test at least every 14 months (depending on system type) to determine its fitness for purpose. The examination will check;
- Hood velocities to determine how well the operator is protected
- Duct velocities to ensure the contaminated air is being conveyed correctly
- General system examination to check overall condition
Following an LEV examination you will receive a detailed report giving you a comprehensive breakdown of the system performance with a Pass/Advise/Fail status
